Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PF Collections Limited. PF Collections offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.


Orders can be placed online through our website, by telephone, or by posting a completed copy of the Long Eaton Patchwork Furniture order form.

When you purchase from us, you will be asked to provide your full name, email address, home address and delivery address (if different from your home address).This information allows us to process your order effectively and to notify you of your order status. We also ask you for daytime and evening telephone numbers. This enables us to contact you if there is a problem with your order and to arrange delivery. In most cases (deliveries outside of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire), these numbers will be given to our outside carriers for them to arrange a delivery date.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when the order is paid for in full and dispatched. Non-acceptance of an order may be as a result of one of the following:

The fabric selected being out of stock or discontinued.
The failure to gain authorisation for your payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.
We reserve the right to reject any offer from you to purchase at any time.


We only accept payment by credit or debit cards or paypal on orders placed online. To ensure that shopping online with us is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted through shopify to prevent other internet users from accessing them.


We try to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate and error free. If we discover an error in the pricing of the goods in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you provide. We will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.


We reserve the right to improve, alter or modify designs without prior notification.
All sizes are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. All sofas and chairs are hand made by individual craftsmen and some allowance must be given.

We cannot guarantee the exact appearance and colour of fabrics featured on this website. Colours vary depending on the resolution and screen type of your computer. Accessories featured in product images are for display purposes only and are not included unless specified.


Usual delivery time is 1-2 weeks. For certain periods of the year (i.e. holiday periods) delivery periods may be extended. An approximate delivery time, by calendar week, will be advised on order. When your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you via email or telephone to confirm that you are ready for delivery. Your order will only be dispatched to our carriers when you have confirmed that you are ready to accept it.
Delivery Prices
For per delivery, not per item:

Small items: Free
Large Chairs and Sofas: Mainland England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands): Free
Scottish Highlands and Islands, please ring for quote
They reserve the right to refuse or abort a delivery if:
There is a risk of Health & Safety injury to the delivery crew by completing the delivery.
There is a risk of damage to property/product if final delivery is attempted.
There is no adult on-site (persons over the age of 18) to receive the delivery.
There is inadequate or restricted vehicle access. (clearance for a ‘dustcart’ sized vehicle is needed).
Customers are required to provide:
Adequate access to the property and room of choice (please check your door and room clearances to the product sizes given).
That exterior and internal doors are taken off hinges if you feel it may be necessary.
There is an adult (persons over the age of 18) on-site to receive the delivery.
Adequate access to the property for a ‘dustcart’ sized vehicle.
Second, refused or aborted deliveries
Where a delivery is attempted following a pre-call and a delivery date agreed and there is no one to receive it, the customer will need to rearrange the delivery date.
Delivery may be refused or aborted if:

There is a risk of Health & Safety injury to the delivery crew by completing the delivery.
There is a risk of damage to property/product if final delivery is attempted.
There is no adult on-site (persons over the age of 18) to receive the delivery.
There is inadequate or restricted vehicle access. (clearance for a ‘dustcart’ sized vehicle is needed).
In all instances, a separate charge for a second delivery is applicable and we must receive payment before an alternative delivery can be arranged.


We offer hassle-free 14 day returns on all of our sofas and chairs.

If you are not 100% happy with your order we'll arrange collection and refund you in full* - including any delivery contributions. All we ask is that your item is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered. Just make sure you give us a call within 14 days of accepting your delivery on 0115 9461005.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

*Products must be returned to us in a saleable condition and we reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from the amount refunded to you if there are signs of wear and/or damage to the Products. All returned Products will be inspected in our warehouse and, if deemed to be damaged or sullied, we will charge you a fee to reflect the amount by which the value of the Products has been diminished.

Data Collection and Use of Information

We will only collect personal data from you that is relevant to us to enable us to fulfill our orders with you, provide you with the service you expect and help us to develop and improve the design and layout of our website. In accordance with UK Data Protection, we will ensure that this data is collected and stored in a safe and secure environment.
We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to outside companies.

You agree that we may use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to our website, new services and special offers. If you do not wish to receive this information, you will have checked the appropriate box when placing an order. If you subsequently change your mind about receiving emails from us, we will give you the option to tell us that you no longer wish to receive them.

Our commitment to our customers is that we will collect and store only the following personal data.

Contact telephone numbers

E mail address

Copies of orders, acknowledgements and invoices.

We will use this data to contact you to arrange manufacturing and delivery of your orders and to advise you of previous transactions should you require customer service in the future. Ie new cushion interiors, replacement arm caps, cushion covers, or re-upholstery.

We may from time to time advise you by mail or email of sales promotions, new product launches where we often advise existing customers first so that they get priority of the best terms.

We will not retain any financial personal data such as credit or debit card numbers, banking details. We do not collect any information from third party credit reference agencies. We do not collect data from our websites as to which products you have viewed.

We do not record or monitor telephone calls.

We will not share any of your personal data with any other organisation.

We store this data securely on our in house computer server which is also backed up by our computer software company.

You have the right to object to how we use your personal data. You have the right of access and to correct, delete or restrict the use of the data.

If you require us to delete your data from our database please write to us at the above address or email us at sales@longeatonpatchworkfurniture.com However, please bear in mind that if we delete any data we will not be able to assist you with enquiries about your purchases as all the data will be erased.


All goods are supplied on the condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description or fitness for any purpose is limited in amount to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
